Wireless headphones give comfort and freedom. Especially those that we can easily put in our pocket and forget about them until we need them again. This is what the company Padmate is coming out of, offering its latest product – Pamu Slide.
THE BEST SELLING HEADPHONES IN INDIAGOGO
The scale of popularity of this product is evidenced by the following numbers: over 46,000 orders, almost PLN 13 million paid to the company’s account, reaching 16.537% of the target. And there are still 22 days left until the end of the campaign. Where did you get so much interest in Pamu Slide headphones?
The magnet attracting buyers is certainly the specification of headphones and their offered capabilities, which the manufacturer has put them in four points: excellent sound quality, long working time, stability of the connection and a high comfort of using headphones.
Pamu Slide uses the Qualcomm QCC3020 chip, which is the most advanced chip of its kind currently available on the market. It is supposed to provide a stable connection, better sound quality and lower battery consumption compared to Qualcomm CSR systems, which are still used by manufacturers such as Bose, Sony or Jabra.
An interesting fact is how to open the headphones. Most often, we have to deal with the lid or the hinged lid that opens up. In the case of Pamu Slide, it’s a bit different. To open them, we have to move the lid horizontally, just as sliders had once been opened. A very interesting solution, I wonder how it will be with its endurance as a function of time.
Like most of the wireless headphones currently sold, Pamu Slide offers control by gestures. And just like in the competition, one touch causes the song to stop and the double – to switch on the next song. Those who actively spend their time will certainly be happy with the presence of the IPX6 certificate, which allows you to run with headphones even during rain.
PAMU SLIDE OFFERS 10 HOURS OF WORK
The time of their work is also promising – the manufacturer guarantees up to 10 hours of continuous music playback, which together with the case extend to an impressive 60 hours of operation. All wireless headphones of the type I have bought so far have had one, constantly repeating disadvantage – an outdated microUSB connector. Pamu Slide is not just that they offer USB-C, but we also have a quick charge here – it takes 5 minutes to enjoy music for an hour.
At the time of writing this article, Pamu Slide can still be purchased for $ 49, which together with the shipment gives about PLN 250. A more expensive version is also available for purchase, which has been equipped with a built-in, wireless smartphone charger. This version costs as little as $ 69. The headphones are available in three colors: black, white and green.
What’s more, the review of these headphones will be soon presented to you by our editorial colleague, Kamil! So, read our portal on a regular basis – we will check for you if these headphones are really as good as the producer assures.
